“We were looking at building a new home and our Realtor suggested we talk with Rich. We met Rich for the first time during the Parade of Homes. It was a great first impression. We were hooked. He met all of our criteria and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. We decided he was the one we wanted to build our new home.

If there was ever a delay, he kept us informed. If there were ever any issues with the contractors, Rich took care of it. He was an advocate for us. He offered us the services of an interior designer and that was nice. We all worked well together. He did a nice job of working within our budget and trying to get us the best quality for the best value.
“We moved in on time and within our budget. We had heard horror stories about building a new home. But that was not the case at all. It was very low stress and a great experience over all. We love our home and location. It’s functional and looks great. Quality construction.
"We feel strongly about Rich. He’s a quality builder. He allowed us to make decisions to save money, which helped us afford a nicer home. We’ve recommended Heartland Builders to other couples and will continue to do so.
